— Alpina has used its experience as official supplier of military and pilot watches to develop a new version of its iconic Startimer Pilot Big Date Chronograph.
The chronograph function has all the features needed: the sub dial at 9 o’clock shows the recorded minutes while the seconds can be read off from the central hand. The permanent small seconds hand in the sub dial at 6 o’clock indicates that the watch is running normally. The functions of the timepiece are powered by the AL-372 high precision Swiss quartz chronograph movement.
The case back is decorated with an engraving of a jet fighter, to remind us of its military spirit.
